Six briefs. Six fictional brands. One per industry.

SC 02 · The problem

Four signs your content has outgrown your production.

Most brands in regulated, crowded markets don't lack ideas. They lack a way to make enough good creative, in every format, without breaking their own rules.
  1. A pencil storyboard of a hillside house: the shot, planned before anything is made

    Sign 01

    Everything waits for the shoot

The location, the crew, the talent and the weather all have to line up. By the time the film is ready, the launch has moved on.

    What we make

Commercials and stills produced without a physical shoot.

  2. A hand scrolling a phone on a desk

    Sign 02

Ads burn out in a week

The feed wants new creative every few days. Your team can finish one version a month.

    What we make

Variant sets: new hooks, cuts and formats from one approved film.

  3. A vertical frame composed for a phone: a woman on a beach at golden hour

    Sign 03

    Every channel gets a crop

The wide film is squeezed into a vertical frame, and the logo lands under the caption.

    What we make

Each format composed for its own frame and safe zones.

  4. Three amber skincare bottles on linen, styled as one consistent brand

    Sign 04

    The brand looks different everywhere

Three agencies, five templates, no system. Nobody can say what the brand is supposed to look like.

    What we make

A brand kit the whole content engine runs on.

SC 03 · Industries

Six industries. Each with its own rules.

Every one of these markets has rules about what an ad may show and say. We design for them from the first frame, and leave sign-off with the people who own it.

We design to these rules and flag what we see. Legal review and sign-off stay with your compliance team and counsel.

What we make

  • Project launch films, before the first brick is laid
  • Listing reels and walkthrough-style motion
  • Virtual staging and dusk exteriors, clearly labelled
  • Developer and broker brand kits

Rules we design for

Fair Housing Act (US)
Ads can't signal a preference for or against protected groups, and that includes who appears in them.
California AB 723
Since 1 January 2026, digitally altered listing images need a label and a way to see the unaltered photo.
RERA (India)
Project ads carry the RERA registration number and the authority's website; MahaRERA also requires a QR code.
EU AI Act, Article 50
From 2 August 2026, AI images, audio and video that could pass as real must be disclosed to viewers in the EU.

The hard part

A render can't promise a view the buyer won't get.

We never alter what a buyer relies on: views, room sizes, finishes or amenities that won't be built. Renders are labelled as an artist's impression or virtually staged, and the unaltered image goes with them.

SC 06 · How it's made

The prompt is not the production.

A prompt makes a clip. A commercial needs a brief, a script, a look, a real edit, sound, and someone checking every frame before it reaches you. This is the pipeline every deliverable goes through.

In the contract

In writing, before you pay.

These go into the scope and the contract, not just onto this page.

  • Script and boards approved before production
  • All rights we hold in the deliverables assigned to you
  • Commercial-use terms confirmed for every tool we use
  • No real person's face or voice without a signed release
  • Licensed music, fonts and stock, with a licence summary
  • Payment tied to accepted milestones
  • NDA before you share anything confidential

SC 09 · Production bible

Our house rules, written down.

Every production has a bible. Ours says what we will and won't make with AI, and why. The full policy is on how we use AI.
PB-01In force

Script before generation

No frame is generated until the script, shot list and look are approved.

Context & consequences
Context
Generation is fast. Revising the wrong idea is not.
Consequences
Fewer revision rounds, and every shot has a reason to exist.
PB-02In force

No likeness without a release

We never generate or clone a real person's face or voice without a signed release, and we don't imitate celebrities or public figures.

Context & consequences
Context
Likeness and voice rights differ by country and are easy to break.
Consequences
Some ideas are off the table. Your brand stays out of disputes.
PB-03In force

Label what's synthetic

Realistic AI content ships with a disclosure that fits the channel and the law, including the EU AI Act's rules from August 2026.

Context & consequences
Context
Platforms ask for it, audiences expect it and some laws require it.
Consequences
Labels are designed into the frame, not stuck on at the end.
PB-04In force

Composed for every frame

Each ratio is composed for its own frame and safe zones, never centre-cropped from the master.

Context & consequences
Context
Most views happen in formats the master wasn't made for.
Consequences
A little more work per format, and no logos under the buttons.
PB-05In force

Claims match the footage

Nothing on screen promises more than the product, property or policy delivers: no invented features, views, outcomes or reviews.

Context & consequences
Context
AI makes it easy to show things that aren't true.
Consequences
Compliance teams sign off faster, and nothing needs pulling later.
PB-06In force

Shoot it for real when that's better

When a real shoot is cheaper, faster or more truthful, such as your actual team, clinic or site, we say so.

Context & consequences
Context
AI is a production method, not a belief system.
Consequences
You get the right method per shot, sometimes a hybrid.

Campaign plannerAutomated · not a live person
Hi. I'm the WOOKhoop Commercials planner. I'm automated, not a person.
I'll ask about a dozen short questions so your call can start with specifics. Nothing reaches the studio until you review your brief and send it.

SC 12 · FAQ

Straight answers.

If yours isn't here, ask it on the call.
Is the first call free?

Yes. Thirty minutes to look at your brief and references and tell you honestly whether AI production is the right way to make it.

Will it look like AI?

Not if we do our job. Scripts, boards, several takes per shot, a real edit and frame-by-frame QC are what separate a commercial from a generation. Some subjects are still unreliable, such as fast hand interactions and small printed text, and we'll tell you where a real shoot or a hybrid works better.

Who owns what you make?

You do, as far as the law allows. The contract assigns you all rights we hold in the deliverables, and we confirm each tool's commercial-use terms. Copyright in purely machine-generated material is treated differently from country to country, which is one more reason every project has human-written scripts, edits and design.

Can you use our own people, or a celebrity?

Your people, yes, with a signed release for every face and voice. Real public figures and celebrities, no, unless you hold a licence from them for exactly this use.

Do you label AI content?

Yes, wherever the channel or the law asks for it, and we recommend it whenever realistic people or places appear. The EU AI Act's transparency rules apply from August 2026, and platforms such as YouTube require creators to disclose realistic synthetic content.

Can you work from our brand guidelines?

Yes. Send guidelines, logos, fonts, product photos and screens, and we build references from them before generating anything. If you don't have guidelines yet, a brand kit is usually the first deliverable.

How many revisions do we get?

The number is written into the scope for each deliverable. Reviews happen at the script, boards and cut stages, which is where changes are cheapest.

How do you price?

By package or by scope. The three packages and the Always-On Studio tiers carry list prices on the services page, ex VAT, in EUR or USD. Anything outside a package gets a written scope with deliverables, formats, review rounds, milestones and a fixed price per phase before any invoice. The budget range you pick in the brief isn't a quote; it helps us suggest a package that fits.

Do you run the ads as well?

We make the creative. Media buying, targeting and campaign management are scoped separately and aren't included unless the scope says so.

Which tools do you use?

Nine tools cover the seven pipeline steps: Higgsfield and OpenArt for generation and boards, Blender and Unreal Engine for 3D, Premiere Pro and After Effects for the edit, ElevenLabs and Artlist for voice and music, and DaVinci Resolve for the finish. Tools change quickly, so the licence summary that ships with each delivery lists exactly what was used on your project.

Is the chat on this site an AI?

Yes, and it says so. It's an automated assistant running on xAI's Grok model with fixed rules: it collects your brief, answers from the facts on this site, never quotes prices or dates, and hands you to a person whenever you ask.

Where are you based?

WOOKhoop Infotech Pvt. Ltd. is based in Bareilly, India. We work remotely and agree review times with your team at kickoff.
