Rules we designed for
A generated person can't review your product.
Creator-style ads use real creators who have used the product, or a clearly labelled presenter speaking as the brand, never as a customer. Product colour, size and finish are checked against the real item.
E-commerce & D2C, in depth- FTC reviews and testimonials rule (US)
- Bans fake reviews and testimonials, including AI-generated ones that pretend to come from real customers.
- FTC Endorsement Guides (US)
- Material connections between a brand and anyone endorsing it must be clearly disclosed.
- ASCI influencer guidelines (India)
- Sponsored content is labelled, and virtual influencers must disclose that they aren't human.
- Accurate product depiction
- Colour, size and finish match the product people receive.
We design to these rules and flag what we see. Legal review and sign-off stay with your compliance team and counsel.
