Rules we design forEU investment and insurance marketing must be fair, clear and not misleading, with risk warnings where the product requires them; UK financial promotions need approval by an authorised firm; US investment advisers follow the SEC Marketing Rule on testimonials and endorsements, and broker-dealer communications fall under FINRA Rule 2210; insurance advertising is regulated per state and per country. Disclaimer placement is built into the templates, so every reel and static carries it by default. We design to these rules and flag what we see. Legal review and sign-off stay with your compliance team and counsel.
The hard part
Exclusions are part of the story.
We write key exclusions and conditions into the script instead of hiding them, and build the insurer's approval step into the schedule so it never becomes the last-minute blocker.
Rules we design for.
Checked September 2026
- IRDAI regulations (India)
- Ads must be fair and true and disclose risks, exclusions and conditions; since April 2024 the rules sit in the PPHI Regulations.
- Intermediary ads (India)
- Intermediaries advertise an insurer's product only with the insurer's prior written approval.
- Exclusions on screen
- Key exclusions and conditions stay legible, not buried in a flash of small print.
- EU AI Act, Article 50
- From August 2026, synthetic scenes that could pass as real carry a clear disclosure for EU viewers.
We design to these rules and flag what we see. Legal review and sign-off stay with your compliance team and counsel. Checked against public sources in September 2026; rules change, so we re-check them per project.

Concept project · Kinfold
The moment after, not the disaster
An insurer's ads rely on accidents and fear. Its research says families want to feel prepared, not frightened.
Concept project. The brand is fictional and this is not client work. Made with the same pipeline we use for clients.
See how we'd make itFAQ
Straight answers.
We're a broker. Can you make ads for the products we sell?
Yes. We build the insurer's written approval into the schedule and keep the approval record with the project, since intermediaries in India can only advertise with that approval.
Can a claim-journey film stay honest about the hard parts?
That's the brief we'd write. The film follows the real steps, documents and waiting times your team gives us, including the parts customers find difficult, rather than a version that looks easier than it is.
Do you make versions in regional languages?
Yes. Voice-over, subtitles and on-screen text in the languages you sell in, with each language signed off by a fluent reviewer before release.
That's a wrap
