How we use AI, and where we draw the line.

What we make with AI

  • Shots, scenes, stills and voice that would otherwise need a location, a crew, talent or a season.
  • Variants of approved work: new formats, languages, hooks and cut-downs.
  • Drafts that people then rewrite and approve: script options, boards, shot lists.
02 / 06

What we never make

  • A real person's face or voice without their signed release, and no imitation of celebrities or public figures.
  • Testimonials, reviews or endorsements from people who don't exist or never used the product.
  • Patients, customers or experts who pose as real when they aren't.
  • Features, views, results or outcomes that the product, property or policy doesn't deliver.
03 / 06

How we label it

  • Realistic synthetic people, places and events carry a disclosure that fits the channel, designed into the frame.
  • We follow the platform's own rules, such as YouTube's disclosure for realistic altered or synthetic content.
  • For audiences in the EU, the AI Act's transparency rules for deepfakes apply from 2 August 2026, and we design for them.
  • Property images that have been altered are labelled, and the unaltered version goes with them.

Who owns the output

  • The contract assigns you all rights we hold in the deliverables.
  • We only use tools whose terms allow commercial use, and we list the tools used in the delivery summary.
  • Copyright in purely machine-generated material is treated differently from country to country; human-written scripts, edits and design are part of every project.
05 / 06

Your material

  • Brand files, product photos, screens and footage you send are used only for your project.
  • Confidential material is never put into a tool you haven't approved, and we prefer tools that don't train on inputs.
  • Project files are kept for the period agreed in the scope, then deleted unless you ask us to keep them.
06 / 06

When we'd rather not use AI

  • When the truth of the image matters most: your real clinic, your real team, your real site.
  • When a real shoot is cheaper, faster or simply better. We'll say so, and mix the two if that makes the better film.
