Who processes it for us

  • P01xAI (Grok)

Processes messages you type into the planner and, without your contact details, each brief you send, to structure it and write an internal summary. Content-check results aren't sent to it.

  • P02Notion

Stores submitted briefs and content-check requests as our lead records.

  • P03Hostinger Mail, Telegram and/or Resend (if enabled)

Deliver a new-lead alert to WOOKhoop. From our work mailbox we also email you a copy of what you sent, with the booking link.

  • P04Calendly

Handles bookings. If you book from the brief, your name, email and brief are passed to the booking form.

  • P05Vercel

Hosts the website and counts page visits and measures page speed with Vercel Web Analytics and Speed Insights, which set no cookies. Query strings and fragments are stripped before anything is sent.

What we don't do

  • No advertising trackers on this site.
  • No automated email sequences. The newsletter is a separate, opt-in subscription on LinkedIn.
  • We don't sell or share your details with anyone except the processors above.
  • We don't use files you share to train models, and confidential material only goes into tools you've approved.

Your choices

To see, correct or delete what we hold about you, message Ashutosh Shrivastava on LinkedIn or mention it on your call. Please don't send passwords, card numbers or health records through this site.
